The Franchise Fee - £19,997 +VAT (to be reviewed after each training course)

To open an EasyMix Concrete Franchise you will require £19,997. In addition you will need to raise funds to cover rent, depot construction, equipment purchase, and staff costs. Typically the upfront liquid capital investment required is £100,000.

To ensure a smooth and professional roll out of our franchise network we will be expanding in managed phases. Our first phase with the franchise fee of just £19,997 + VAT is a great opportunity for you to become one of our first franchisees and benefit from an increased level of one-to-one support.

The Franchise fee grants you the right to trade under the corporate identity of EasyMix Concrete.

And this includes….

  • Use of the brand name, logo, and trademarks.
  • Franchise Operations Manual – detailing the methods used to set-up and run the business.
  • Full induction training including a five day residential training course on the business aspects of the Franchise, followed by a further five day residential training course covering the practical aspects of running the business.
  • Ongoing training and support.
  • Complete Project Management of the set up and opening of your business. Although I’m sure you’ll want to be involved we’ll play an active role in making all the plans and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Livery for your first mobile batching plant.

  • IT equipment and software, including a laptop computer and printer.
  • A licence for the EasyMix Concrete IT System which includes;
  • Customer order booking.
  • Job scheduling.
  • Customer invoicing.

  • A full Customer Relationship Management Programme – this allows you to keep all your customers (and prospects) details up-to-date so it’s easy to keep in touch.

  • Large, colour advert in your local Yellow Pages.
  • Meetings with a local builders merchant.
  • Press releases.

  • A database of local companies for your own text messaging, telesales, and mail shot marketing activities (we’ll support you with this).

Don’t for one minute think that after your training you’re left to fend for yourself. On the contrary, we provide all our Franchisees with a fantastic support package to help you succeed and succeed quickly. Key to this is our Central Call Centre, which will handle the majority of your orders, leaving you free to focus on delivering the maximum amount of concrete and screed.

Not only will you have the support from our Central Office you will also have close support from our Franchise Development Team.

Even though your training and the materials will give you everything you need to succeed in this exciting industry, you’ll still need the support of the business.

Here’s the support structure you get from Central Office when you come on-board as a Franchisee…

  • Complete project management of the opening of your depot – although this will take some effort and involvement from you, we’ll organise the key aspects and make sure it all goes to plan
  • Help and support in specifying, and negotiating deals on your key asset purchases
  • Continual development and updating of ‘The EasyMix Concrete Systems’ to reflect lessons learnt and our understanding of best practice
  • Regular reviews of your businesses performance to help you continually improve and grow
  • Onsite support by our Franchisee Support Advisors when needed
  • Support and development of sales and marketing strategies for your business to ensure your success
  • Support in attending meetings and setting up agreements with builders merchants
  • Leads generated through Central Office sales and marketing activity (for example from the EasyMix Concrete website, telesales, etc.)
  • Continuing negotiation with EasyMix Concrete’s suppliers to ensure you get the best quality products at the most competitive prices
  • Support with colleague recruitment and training.
  • You are fully supported by Andrew and Dave in all technical aspects of running your business
